Haitian Machinery has officially opened its new South China headquarters in Shunde District, Foshan City, marking a significant expansion and a key component of its “Ningbo + South China” dual-center strategy. The grand opening ceremony, held on December 29, 2025, was attended by over 1,200 guests, including government officials, industry partners, and company management, underscoring the importance of this strategic move.

A Cornerstone of Dual-Center Strategy

Zhang Bin, president of Haitian Group, highlighted the South China headquarters as a pivotal element in the group’s overarching strategy. Beyond its role as an advanced manufacturing base, the facility will serve as a hub for innovation, operational management, market services, and talent development. The goal is to cultivate an ecosystem for high-end intelligent equipment and stimulate the growth of new productive forces within the region.

Scale and Innovation

Shen Li, general manager of Haitian Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., detailed the substantial scale of the investment, with five core production plants already operational. The headquarters will implement a “1+N” innovation management model, integrating the Haitian South China Research Institute and the South China branch of Haitian University. This collaborative approach is intended to deliver customized, one-stop intelligent equipment solutions.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Haitian Group chairman Zhang Jianming and president Zhang Bin, officially launched the South China Headquarters. This initiative establishes an intelligent equipment innovation hub in South China, merging R&D, manufacturing, and services to invigorate regional industrial development.

Showcasing Advanced Capabilities

Attendees toured the new facilities, including the administrative building, digital exhibition hall, and production workshops. The exhibition showcased Haitian’s advanced intelligent equipment, such as injection molding machines, CNC machine tools, servo drives, and laser machinery. Notably, Haitian presented 18 injection molding solutions tailored for key industries including automotive, home appliances, medical, and packaging, featuring advanced processes like in-mold painting and ultra-high-speed thin-wall injection molding.

Haitian Machinery’s new South China headquarters signifies a strong commitment to advancing intelligent manufacturing and supporting high-quality industrial growth in the Greater Bay Area and beyond. With its strategic market presence, efficient resource coordination, and ongoing technological innovation, Haitian is positioned to lead the next wave of global industrial transformation.
