Fujifilm Business Innovation Corporation has announced the acquisition of ETG Global Information Technology Services Inc., a move aimed at bolstering its core system sales and implementation support capabilities. This strategic acquisition is set to accelerate the company’s global expansion and enhance its IT talent base.
Fujifilm Business Innovation entered the core system sales and implementation support business in 2022 and has since expanded its foundation through acquisitions in Japan and Australia. The company currently holds a leading market share for Dynamics 365 sales and implementation support for mid-to-small enterprises in these regions.
ETG Global, headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, has a significant presence in Turkey and North America, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The company is recognized for its high technical capabilities, evidenced by its selection as one of Microsoft’s “INNER CIRCLE” partners and its certified trainers. A key strength of ETG Global is its unique system for recruiting and training IT engineers who are proficient in core system implementation, ensuring a robust pool of talent and advanced training methodologies.
This acquisition will combine ETG Global’s technical prowess and IT talent development infrastructure with Fujifilm Business Innovation’s existing support framework. This synergy is expected to facilitate global resource allocation, enabling stronger support for Japanese and Australian client companies expanding internationally. Following the acquisition, ETG Global will operate under the new name FUJIFILM ETG Global Inc., effective March 2nd.
