The inhabitants of the house, who suddenly found themselves in the middle of an indoor flood, are a husband and wife duo. The husband, whose identity has not been disclosed, is said to have a fondness for fishing. When an unanticipated downpour flooded their home earlier this month, the man channeled his inner angler, embarking on an impromptu fishing expedition off the side of his bed.
The wife, known only by her surname Dong, played the role of both an observer and a documentarian. She captured the unexpected scenario and subsequently shared the tale online. “Aiya, in an instant, our home was flooded,” Dong related to The Paper, a local news outlet.

According to Dong, they were surprised to observe a collection of insects bobbing up in the floodwaters, snared by the fishing line. “We did not see any fish, but we did see quite a few insects,” Dong added.
