  1. Leela: Spearheaded by star chef Manav Tuli of Chaat fame, Leela is a new venture in partnership with JIA Group. Set to open in mid-November at Lee Garden Three in Causeway Bay, the restaurant’s interiors, designed by Andre Fu Studio, promise an elegant dining environment. The menu, while still under wraps, is expected to feature Manav’s signature dishes, including tandoori lamb chops and butter chicken.
  2. Melody: Replacing the former Potato Head in Sai Ying Pun, Melody is a unique blend of food and music.   3. Donovan: This upcoming fine-dining destination in Causeway Bay is helmed by Executive Chef Donovan Cooke, known from MasterChef Australia. Donovan will present a sophisticated eight-course tasting menu, including standout dishes like squid ink macaroon with smoked trout and salmon roe.
  4. Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco: A collaboration with chef Mauro Colagreco brings the highly anticipated Plaisance to 1 Duddell Street. Spanning three floors, this expansive restaurant will feature a seafood area, casual dining, and a private basement dining space.
  5. Rue du Liban: Tsim Sha Tsui welcomes Rue Du Liban, a modern take on traditional Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant emphasizes shared dishes and healthy ingredients, with a menu rich in cold meze and hot starters.
  6. The Trilogy: Central’s nightlife is set to be revitalized with The Trilogy, comprising three distinct areas: Keyz club, rooftop bar Wav, and the jazz-themed speakeasy Ella.
  7. Fall in Thai: The popular Shanghai hotpot brand arrives in Hong Kong’s New Town Plaza, Sha Tin. Known for its authentic Thai broths, Fall in Thai is a welcome addition for the cooler season, offering tom yum goong and coconut milk chicken broths.
  8. Juno: Chef Jordi Vallés Claverol leads the Italian-Mediterranean restaurant Juno, opening in Sheung Wan. The menu will feature dishes like lobster Acquerello risotto and ballotine lamb provencal, paired with an extensive wine and cocktail selection.
  9. Chom Chom: After a three-month refurbishment, Chom Chom reopens in Central, bringing a refreshed menu by head chef Logan Hester, focused on the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese street food.
  10. Chef’s Cuts: Nestled in the new Airside center, Chef’s Cuts Restaurant & Bakery offers a mix of Western classics with innovative touches, along with a range of sourdough bread from its in-house bakery.
  11. Chatterbox Café: The renowned Hainan chicken rice brand debuts at Airside mall, bringing its signature dish and exclusive offerings like stir-fried slipper lobster with curry sauce and durian-infused delights.
