Blackpink’s Jisoo is preparing to connect with fans across Asia through her first solo fan meeting tour, following the release of her highly anticipated album Amortage on February 14. Her agency, Blissoo, announced that promotions will begin with a special fan event, “Soo in Love”, held at CGV Cheongdam CineCity cinema in Seoul’s Gangnam district on the day of the album’s release.
Jisoo will hold two sessions in Seoul before taking the tour across seven cities in Asia as part of the “Lights, Love, Action!” tour, set to take place in the first half of the year. The tour will visit Manila, Bangkok, Tokyo, Macau, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Hanoi, marking her first solo tour since debuting with Blackpink under YG Entertainment in 2016.
Her new EP, Amortage, marks her first release in two years, following her solo debut EP Me. The album’s title blends the French word “amour” (love) with “montage”, a filmmaking technique, symbolizing a unique storytelling approach through music. The tracklist features four new songs: Earthquake, Your Love, Tears, and Hugs & Kisses, with Jisoo personally involved in the songwriting process.
Blissoo revealed that the “Lights, Love, Action!” tour will incorporate cinematic elements inspired by the concept of Amortage, creating a visual and emotional experience for fans. While detailed tour schedules have yet to be announced, the agency assured fans that further updates will be provided soon.
Jisoo’s solo journey continues to generate excitement, solidifying her individual artistry beyond her global success with Blackpink. With Amortage and her upcoming fan meetings, she is set to create unforgettable moments for fans across Asia.
