WisdomTree, Inc. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited, a London-based systematic manager specializing in defined outcome and derivatives-driven investment strategies. This strategic move aims to significantly expand WisdomTree’s global ETF lineup and enhance its capabilities in outcome-oriented products and derivatives.
The acquisition of Atlantic House, which manages approximately £4.11 billion ($5.5 billion) in assets, is set to bolster WisdomTree’s position in the rapidly growing defined outcome and derivatives ETF segments. This move is expected to accelerate product innovation and launch capacity, allowing WisdomTree to design, launch, and scale differentiated active ETFs and outcome-oriented strategies across global markets.
Furthermore, the acquisition will extend WisdomTree’s Models and Portfolio Solutions platform into the UK wealth market. Atlantic House brings established relationships with UK independent financial advisers, which WisdomTree anticipates will enhance its distribution reach and support accelerated growth in Europe. This mirrors WisdomTree’s successful past integrations of Boost ETP and ETF Securities.
The transaction is valued at £150 million (approximately $200 million) and is expected to be modestly accretive to WisdomTree’s earnings in 2026, with potential for future upside from revenue synergies and operating scale. Following the closing, WisdomTree anticipates managing approximately $163 billion in assets globally. The acquisition aligns with WisdomTree’s strategy of disciplined capital allocation and building a more diversified and higher-quality growth platform.
Tom May, CEO of Atlantic House, will assume the role of Global CIO, Outcome and Derivative Strategies at WisdomTree. The Atlantic House investment team will continue to manage existing strategies while collaborating with WisdomTree to expand capabilities across ETF and model portfolio platforms. This integration is expected to diversify revenues, enhance revenue yields and margins for WisdomTree.
