BusinessDatavault AI Acquires NYIAX in All-Stock Deal to Bolster Data and Ad Trading

Datavault AI Inc. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX Inc. in an all-stock merger. This strategic move aims to integrate NYIAX’s blockchain-based exchange platform and intellectual property with Datavault AI’s data monetization technologies, creating a more robust ecosystem for trading data and digital assets.

The acquisition will bring NYIAX’s blockchain-powered trading platform and intellectual property into Datavault AI’s organization. This integration is expected to accelerate the launch of specialized marketplaces, including the Information Data Exchange®, International Elements Exchange, and American Political Exchange. The combined entity aims to offer institutional-grade trading infrastructure, high-performance matching engines, automated smart contracts, and real-time AI valuation across various data and digital assets.

Datavault AI CEO Nathaniel Bradley stated that the acquisition is a “transformative milestone,” uniting their AI expertise with NYIAX’s exchange infrastructure. The combined platform is designed to redefine data monetization by providing secure, scalable trading for information assets, advertising, critical elements, political inventory, and athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. This move is poised to create new revenue opportunities across multiple industries.

The merged company anticipates launching several key platforms:

  • Information Data Exchange®: For tokenization, valuation, and trading of corporate data, digital twins, and real-world assets (RWAs).
  • International Elements Exchange: Focused on tokenizing and trading critical materials and commodities.
  • American Political Exchange: A marketplace for trading political data and advertising inventory.
  • Sports-Centered NIL Exchange: A platform for athletes to monetize NIL rights, in collaboration with Sports Illustrated.
  • NYIAX Advertising Exchange: A marketplace for buying and selling advertising inventory.

This definitive agreement builds upon a prior letter of intent signed in October 2025 and existing commercial and intellectual property licensing agreements between the two companies. NYIAX operates a blockchain-based trading platform built on patented technology for trading contracts and data. The acquisition aims to leverage this infrastructure to enhance Datavault AI’s existing data monetization and Web 3.0 technologies.
